Without God there is no good. The Fall made sure of that, all good was squashed. Because of The Fall evil is the default. Evil is the normal. Evil is what we encounter everyday. It is only by the grace of God that we see our lives as a string of “good” things. In reality we should be faced with a string of Evil. By nature of the world Evil should be the baseline experience of everyone. The fact that it isn’t, the fact that we experience good and we experience it every day is a miracle and proof of the goodness and graciousness of God.
